Ken Griesemer, Liturgical Design Consultant
Experienced. Collaborative. Passionate. Faith-filled. Prayerful. Committed. Articulate.
Ken Griesemer brings nearly 30 years of experience as a liturgical architect and design consultant, and combines that with a passion for the liturgical prayer of the church and the People of God. After 14 years of service with architectural firms focused on church facilities for various denominations, Ken founded his liturgical consulting practice on October 4, 1999, feast of St. Francis of Assisi and anniversary of his own baptism.
Ken continues to work full time with faith based communities and institutions around the country to build, renovate, furnish, and adorn the environment for communal and personal prayer. While no longer providing architectural services, his broad based experience along with a personal commitment to humble collaboration makes Ken Griesemer a valuable team member. Since 1990, Ken has served as a speaker at numerous parish, diocesan, regional, and national workshops on the worship environment, the building and renovation process, and the Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults.
