WHAT CLIENTS ARE SAYING:
"An example of the great work Ken did for us was his recommendations of building our church facilities to accommodate ALL our parishioners, even those with different physical and functional abilities. Ken was passionate about this subject which resulted in the incorporation of beautiful processional ramps to the sanctuary and an ambo designed by Ken that could be quietly and discreetly lowered for someone in a wheelchair."
"During the introduction of our new building to our parishioners on mother, with a pre-teen son confined to a wheelchair since birth, came up to us after seeing the ramps and ambo and with tears in her eyes said, 'you have no idea how touched I am that you considered the needs of my son, Connor. I don't know if he will ever want to be an altar server or lector, but just knowing that he won't be restricted from doing so in the church we love, is unbelievably powerful for us.' . . . Just a few months ago Connor proudly served at Mass for the first time in his life!"

The collaborative ministry of the liturgical consultant is one of pilgrim and partner with the community, one of listener, facilitator, and teacher. To build a holy place, the process must be seen as holy work. The process must be surrounded by prayer and be open to all. Trust in the gifts of the Spirit, and in the collective wisdom of the community are essential. Every building project should proceed in right relationship with our rich past and enthusiasm for what lies ahead on the journey of renewal.
